Facilities

  • ​The hall capacity is 150 people, and located a 15 minute drive from Strathmore.
  • The facility has a stage, piano, projector screen, tables and chairs, spacious washrooms, and a smaller meeting/buffet room.
  • ​(Table/Chair Counts: 21-5′ round tables, 21-8′ rectangle tables, and 200 chairs.)
  • It is outfitted with a large kitchen that contains 2 ovens/stove tops, 2 large sinks, microwave, professional dishwasher, fridge/freezer, large refrigerated coolers, and a deep freezer.
  • The kitchen includes the use of coffee urns, juice jugs, miscellaneous serving utensils and dishes.
  • For events serving liquor, there is a wet bar with plenty of counter space and a large refrigerator.

Pricing

  • Half Day, 4-8 Hours $150 (Meetings, Seminars, Family Gatherings, Church Socials etc.)
  • Per Day $300 (Weddings, Anniversaries, Family Reunions, Company Christmas Parties etc. Includes use of all facilities and grounds. Camping Allowed (no hook-ups available)
  • 2 Days $500
  • Long weekends $700
  • Mandatory CASH Security Deposit $400
    Your deposit will be returned within 10 business days after your event, after the space has been inspected for damage and cleanliness.
  • Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable within 30 days, and 50% within 6 months, and 100% outside of that.
  • Liability Insurance – Please note, proof of liability insurance is required for all events where alcohol will be consumed.
  • Community & Non-Profit Groups contact bookings manager for special reduced rates.
